Shipping times vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 7–15 business days. Orders are processed quickly and usually shipped out within 1–2 business days after being placed.

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund. 
For returns due to other reasons, the product must be unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs may apply.

People with sensitive or dry skin should use the device about once per week, while those with oily or combination skin can use it up to twice per week. Always adjust usage depending on how your skin responds.

Before using the device, open your pores with a warm towel or steam for about 10 minutes and start with the lowest suction level. Gently glide the device across your skin and avoid holding it in one spot for more than three seconds.

Test the suction on your hand first to understand the strength. Start with the lowest level on your face and gradually increase it until you find a comfortable setting.

Mild redness can happen because the device uses vacuum suction to clean pores. This usually fades within about an hour and can be reduced by applying a cold compress or pore-tightening skincare afterward.

After each use, remove the suction head and rinse it with warm water, allowing it to dry completely before reattaching it. The main device should be wiped gently with a dry or slightly damp cloth to keep it clean.
